Estate sales in the Las Vegas Valley
Clearing out a home full of belongings is a lot to carry, especially while you're grieving or working against a deadline. This is the part we take off your hands. We sort and research everything, price it fairly, stage the home so it shows well, run the sale, and leave you with a house that's ready for whatever comes next.
What's included
- A free walk-through of the whole home — including the garage, the attic, and any outbuildings. The things people nearly give away are often the ones worth the most.
- Research on art, antiques, jewelry, and collectibles, so they're priced for what they're actually worth and not guessed at.
- Sorting, staging, and tagging every item in the home.
- Advertising the sale and inviting the buyers, collectors, and dealers who follow our sales.
- Still to confirm: staffing during the sale — how many people, cashiers, and what security looks like
- Still to confirm: which payment methods we accept from shoppers
- Help clearing whatever is left when the sale ends.
How it works
Call or email Lidia
Tell us a little about the home and your situation. The consultation is free and there's no obligation.
We walk through the home together
We look at everything, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether a sale is the right move. If it isn't, we'll say so and suggest something better.
We stage and price the home
We research anything valuable, price the rest, and arrange the home so buyers can shop it easily. Still to confirm: how long staging usually takes
We run the sale
We handle the crowd, the questions, and the money. You don't need to be there. Still to confirm: typical sale length — how many days, and which days of the week
You get your share
Still to confirm: payout timing, and how the commission works
Questions families ask
- Why hire someone instead of running the sale ourselves?
Because pricing is the hard part. Most people either ask far too much for things that won't sell, or let something valuable go for a few dollars. Neither one is obvious until it's happened.
We know what sells in Las Vegas and what it sells for. We also handle the parts that wear families down: the sorting, the staging, the crowd, the questions, and the money. You don't have to be there for any of it.
- What should we do before you come?
Two things, and the second one matters more than people realize.
First, make sure you have the legal authority to sell. If there's been a death, that means having title and the paperwork that lets you dispose of the contents. If family members are taking things, it's best to settle that before we start.
Second: please don't throw anything away yet, and hold off on the donation run. We have seen families give away the most valuable things in the house before we ever got there. Clothing, shoes, handbags, and what looks like clutter are often worth real money. Let us look first.
- What does it cost?
The consultation is free, and there's no obligation. If we take your sale, we're paid a share of what it brings in, so we only do well when you do.
Still to confirm: the commission rate, and whether we publish it — see the open question in docs/decisions.md
- How long does all this take?
Still to confirm: how long staging takes, how many days the sale runs, and how far ahead sales are usually booked
Still to confirm: when you receive your share after the sale ends
- What happens to what doesn't sell?
We aim to sell the house wall to wall, but there's always something left.
Anything still worth money we can often place afterwards — buyers call us for days after a sale asking about pieces they saw.
The rest we can clear for you, with donation receipts for your taxes. Still to confirm: whether clearing is included or costs extra, and what condition the home is left in
